Mission Statement
The mission of Taylors Youth Association (TYA) is to be an exemplary youth athletic organization that provides a high-quality and fun experience where every athlete is taught the skills, tactics, and strategies of the game by coaches who have been provided the tools necessary to succeed.
Vision Statement
The vision of Taylors Youth Association (TYA) is for each athlete to feel important regardless of talent and performance, learn “life lessons” that have value beyond the playing field, and to improve as a player and a person.

Goals
We aim to:

follow safety guidelines as outlined by USA Football

teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading

develop healthy competitiveness lead by the rules and regulations of Greenville County Recreation;

demonstrate respect and sportsmanship;

stress the importance of academics and learning;

give back to the community through volunteer and service projects; and

provide open, honest, and organized lines of communication.
